About the event
Young people with disability in Mandurah can connect with others, build friendships and take part in social activities through the All Abilities Youth Group. It is a weekly drop-in space to connect, socialise and feel part of something during term two.
Sessions provide a relaxed place to spend time with others and try a range of activities including basketball, pool, gaming and computers, with chill-out spaces available. Activities and workshops are shaped by young people’s interests. Snacks are provided at each session.
The group is for young people with disability aged 16 to 25, attending with a support worker if required. This includes students attending with their school and young people no longer at school.
This initiative is delivered by Diversity South, powered by Interchange WA, with support from the City of Mandurah.
